Legal Agreement: Membership Cancellation Policy

     Memberships:

• Cubicle membership can be canceled at any time with a 30-day written notice of termination.
• Private office & POD memberships can be canceled any time after the 12-month term is complete with a 30-day written notice of termination. Canceling your Office membership prior to the 12-month term will forefiet your refundable deposit.
• Virtual Office memberships may be canceled after the 12-month term is completed and with a 30-day written notice of termination prior to the month-ending service. Canceling your Virtual Office prior to the 12-month term will incur a fee of ($100.00) one hundred dollars.

Conference Room: 

• Bookings canceled with less than 2 weeks’ notice, will receive a 50% refund or credit will be issued to the form of payment on file.
• Reservations canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled event will not be refunded or credited.
• You must contact info@llcoworking.com to request a refund.
